Refund policy

As all of our products are custom-made and produced specifically for each brand, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once artwork has been approved and production has started.

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. There may be a short window before artwork approval where we can pause the order and process a refund.

Once the artwork has been approved, the order will move into production and printing, and we will no longer be able to cancel, refund, or amend the order.
